All services provided by Neox Private Limited—including software development, consultancy, project management, system analysis, and QA—are delivered digitally or through direct collaboration with the client. Delivery channels may include:

  • Email communication

  • Online platforms (e.g. project management tools, version control systems)

  • Cloud-based file sharing

  • Video conferencing and virtual meetings

  • In-person sessions (where agreed)


2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines for delivery are defined in the project proposal, contract, or agreement shared with the client. Typical phases include:

  • Discovery & Planning

  • Design & Development

  • Testing & Review

  • Final Delivery / Deployment


We aim to deliver all services within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays may occur due to scope changes, third-party dependencies, or delays from the client’s side.

3. Confirmation of Delivery

Upon completion of a milestone or project, we will provide:

  • A formal delivery notice (via email or project platform)

  • Access to project files, code, or software via secure means

  • Documentation and user guides (if applicable)

  • Support for testing and deployment (if included in the agreement)


4. No Physical Shipping

As a digital services provider, Neox Private Limited does not ship any physical goods. No shipping carriers or tracking numbers are applicable.

5. Support After Delivery

Post-delivery support or maintenance is available as per your service agreement. We also offer ongoing support packages upon request.
